The site is located in Nottingham on Weekday Cross. Currently it is used as a public car park and is surrounded on both sides by buildings, the walls of which are supported by wooden beams to ensure the structure.
We are able to build in the site to any extent we wish, be it underground, on the ground, above the ground, in just part of the site or filling the whole area.
Alongside from the freedom provided, there are also some specific guides which must be followed as a part of the brief. The client requires certain spaces and certain minimum sizes for these spaces. The minimum list is below:
1 x Bedroom with attached bathroom - minimum of 12sqm
1 x Kitchen/ dining area - minimum of 12sqm
1 x Lounge - minimum of 15sqm
1 x External area - minimum of 12sqm
1 x Studio - minimum of 20sqm
1 x Public gallery - minimum of 40sqm
1 x Entrance - 10sqm
There must also be at least 2sqm of storage space.
